NEW for 2023

We appreciate your understanding and patience as we navigate this upcoming year of new management.  Due to a number of factors, we had to make some changes with our rentals.  We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.  Our goal is to provide you with the best vacation experience we possibly can.  If there is anything that does not meet your satisfaction or anything you feel we can do better, please don't hesitate to contact us and let us know.  Below are some of the bigger changes in 2023, some of which you would have already seen this past year.

• Future bookings – Starting in 2023, dates for bookings will no longer be held or reserved in advance and will be booked on a first come/first serve basis.  You can begin calling or emailing to reserve your dates for 2023 on Monday, January 2nd.  We will contact you to confirm dates and information in the order these communications are received.
• Trash service – Trash removal service will no longer be provided. Renters will be responsible for taking all of their trash with them to dispose when they leave.
• Firewood – Free firewood will no longer be provided. Firewood will be available to purchase for a fee at the Bed and Breakfast (adjacent property). Important note that the state of Pennsylvania prohibits the movement of firewood from out of state and specified counties in the state. • Internet access – Wifi access to the internet will only be available for guests staying at the Bed & Breakfast.  There are plans to have phone and internet service installed in the cabins at a future date once the utility is available in our area.
